Implement operational improvements using LEAN methodology Design and coordinate IMS GLOBAL's logistics system to ensure reliable deliveries, controlled costs, and scalable operations through route planning, KPI monitoring, and cross-functional coordination with warehouse, sales, and VMI. **Main Responsibilities** * Design and update delivery routes. * Define logistics frequency per customer. * Prioritize daily dispatches in coordination with the warehouse. * Monitor logistics KPIs (OTIF, costs, incidents). * Analyze and manage logistics incidents with root-cause focus. * Coordinate operational adjustments with Sales, Warehouse, and VMI. * Standardize logistics processes. * Present monthly performance scorecard. * Propose operational improvements using LEAN methodology. **Required Profile** **Education:** * Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field. **Experience:** * 2–3 years in operational logistics or logistics coordination. * Experience in route planning and KPI monitoring. * Preferred experience in industrial or IMMEX environments. **Knowledge:** * Logistics KPIs * Planning and routing * Continuous improvement / LEAN * Operational data analysis **Key Competencies:** * Systems thinking * Data-driven decision making * Cross-functional coordination ability * Clear and assertive communication * Operational discipline Employment type: Full-time, Indefinite term Salary: $17,500.00 – $18,500.00 per month Benefits: * Free uniforms * Additional vacation days or paid leave * Food vouchers Workplace: On-site employment
