Job Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems, Computer Engineering, or related field. Experience: 2–3 years in similar positions. Knowledge: Proficiency in Windows 10, Office 365, MS Teams, Networks and Printers, Structured Cabling, Backup Systems, Inventory Control and Maintenance, and Remote Support. Skills and Competencies Customer orientation Analysis, synthesis, judgment, and critical thinking Communication skills Capacity for learning and adapting to change Time management Job Responsibilities Handle incidents and operational needs, services, and general user support regarding infrastructure and technical support across all company locations. Maintain up-to-date inventory control of information assets and infrastructure, including PCs, laptops, mobile phones, etc. Develop and propose a preventive and corrective maintenance plan for computing equipment to reduce network failures. Propose security improvement strategies for servers, applications, and remote access to ensure internal security and service availability.
