




Job Summary: Industrial electromechanical technician to ensure optimal operation of machinery and equipment through preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance, guaranteeing plant operational continuity. Production support with a focus on improving efficiency Position Profile: Industrial Electromechanical Technician Position: Plant Electromechanical Technician Department: Maintenance Reports to: Maintenance Manager / Plant Manager Position Objective: Ensure proper operation of machinery, equipment, and electrical and mechanical installations by performing preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance to guarantee plant operational continuity. Main Responsibilities: Preventive Maintenance * Execute preventive maintenance programs for machinery and equipment. * Inspect motors, gearboxes, belts, chains, bearings, sensors, and electrical panels. * Lubrication, adjustments, calibrations, and component replacement. Corrective Maintenance * Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic failures. * Respond to machine stoppages and emergencies. * Reduce downtime caused by failures. Predictive Maintenance * Monitor vibration, temperature, electrical consumption, and wear. * Detect potential failures before they occur. Production Support * Support machinery adjustments during startups, order changes, or setup. * Participate in improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste. Safety * Comply with LOTO (Lockout/Tagout) procedures. * Work in accordance with industrial safety standards. * Report unsafe conditions. Required Technical Knowledge: * Industrial electricity (220V, 440V, electrical control) * Electrical diagrams * Electric motors and variable frequency drives (VFDs) * Sensors, relays, contactors * Pneumatics and hydraulics * Basic PLC (desirable: Siemens, Allen Bradley) * Basic welding * Use of multimeter, ammeter, and diagnostic tools Desired Experience: * 3–5 years in industrial maintenance. * Desired experience in: * Punch presses * Gluing machines * Flexographic printers * Compressors * Forklifts (desirable) Education: * Electromechanical Technician, Mechatronics, Industrial Electricity, or related field.
