**Position Objective:** Achieve 100% loading compliance according to the daily production plan, ensuring correct execution of customer-established criteria, as well as timely and accurate process execution according to established parameters, with proper implementation of procedures, records, and documents for effective production processes. **Main Functions** * Supervise cargo loading and unloading operations in the warehouse or distribution center. * Verify that received or dispatched materials meet the quantities and conditions specified in the documentation. * Coordinate daily operations with traffic, transportation, and warehouse departments. * Assign tasks to operational staff and ensure proper use of equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, conveyors, etc.). * Ensure compliance with industrial safety regulations and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE). * Prepare incident reports, cargo movement records, maneuver times, and material conditions. * Maintain constant communication with the inventory control department to record entries and exits. * Supervise order and cleanliness in work areas. * Train and guide new personnel on loading, unloading, and safety procedures. * Assist in planning routes, schedules, and loading priorities. **Responsibilities** * Meeting established loading and unloading timeframes. * Ensuring the safety of assigned personnel and goods. * Timely reporting of incidents or damages. * Proper execution of logistical and safety procedures. **Job Requirements** * **Education:** Completed high school diploma or technical degree (preferably in logistics, administration, or related field). * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years in warehouse supervision, logistics operations, or transportation. * **Knowledge:** * Forklift and handling equipment operation. * Shipping documentation (delivery notes, invoices, cargo manifests). * Safety and hygiene regulations. * Basic PC and inventory system skills. **WE OFFER** \- Statutory vacations \- IMSS from the first day \- Fixed day off (Sundays) \- Year-end bonus \- Fixed shift \- Savings fund \- Monthly performance bonus \- Vacation premium \- All statutory benefits **Schedule** M \- F 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM, S 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM Employment type: Full-time Salary: $10,000.00 \- $12,000.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Company parking * Flexible hours Work location: On-site
