As part of our team, you will actively participate in recruitment and selection processes, supporting activities from job posting to onboarding of new employees. You will have the opportunity to strengthen your skills in talent acquisition, interviewing, personnel administration, and organizational process management. Your main responsibilities include: • Posting and tracking job openings across various platforms. • Contacting and following up with candidates. • Coordinating and scheduling interviews. • Onboarding and maintaining employee files. • Supporting onboarding activities for new hires. • Participating in HR projects and initiatives. • Supporting continuous improvement of internal processes. We seek students in their final semesters or recent graduates in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields, with interest in professional development within this area.
