As a Human Resources Analyst, you will be responsible for designing and implementing recruitment plans, managing relationships with candidates and employees, and contributing to the professional development of our staff. Your role will involve analyzing staffing requirements, identifying needs, and planning recruitment actions. You will work on optimizing processes, improving candidate experience, and developing training and professional development programs. Additionally, you will actively manage employee relations—from onboarding through separation—ensuring consistent compliance with labor regulations and company policies. Objective: Support proper personnel administration within the company; manage the entire employment lifecycle of candidates from hiring to exit; attend to, inform, and assist employees during their tenure in accordance with internal policies and current labor regulations. Responsibilities and Functions: Recruitment and Selection (primary function) Creation and maintenance of physical and digital personnel files Coordination of credential issuance, replacement, and registration Participation in internal or external audits related to the human resources area Preparation of asset control and administrative record reports Ensuring confidentiality and appropriate safeguarding of personnel information Handling resignations, voluntary terminations, and contract endings Proficiency in office tools, document digitization, and file administration Requirements: Education: Completed Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field Experience: 2 years in similar roles (verifiable via recommendation letters) Schedule availability Knowledge: Proficiency in Office Suite (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook) Basic labor regulations (Federal Labor Law, NOMs on safety and hygiene) Administrative and document control processes Competencies: Organization and attention to detail Responsibility and confidentiality Teamwork and effective communication Planning and follow-up Proactivity and results orientation within established deadlines Excellent verbal and written communication Ability to work collaboratively Adaptability and flexibility We Offer: Monthly salary of $15,000 MXN (gross) 100% IMSS social security contributions All statutory benefits Savings fund Credit union Profit-sharing payments Position Type: Full-time, indefinite-term contract Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 7 PM (with two-hour lunch break), and Saturdays, 9 AM to 2 PM. -Requirements- Minimum Education: Higher Education – Bachelor’s Degree 1 year of experience Age: between 30 and 45 years Keywords: analyst, resources, human
