




Position Summary: Monitor, review, and provide feedback on the implementation of the CI credit methodology, ensuring its correct application and standardization. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure the correct application of the CI credit methodology. 2. Contribute to advisor training and serve as a communication channel. 3. Promote excellence in the execution of credit processes. MONITOR, REVIEW, AND PROVIDE FEEDBACK ON THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE CI CREDIT METHODOLOGY DEFINED BY COMPARTAMOS BANCO, ENSURING CORRECT APPLICATION, STANDARDIZATION, AND HARMONIZATION OF CREDIT PROCESSES AND PROCEDURES DEFINED BY THE PRODUCT AREA ACROSS ALL OPERATING SITES (OS), BASED ON RISK REGULATIONS, CUSTOMER SERVICE STANDARDS, REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS, OPERATIONS, MARKETING, GUIDELINES, MANUALS, ETC., FOR CI PRODUCT MANAGEMENT, WITH THE GOAL OF PROMOTING EXCELLENCE IN EXECUTION, SUPPORTING ADVISOR TRAINING, AND SERVING AS A COMMUNICATION AND FEEDBACK CHANNEL TO THE SALES DIRECTORATES, CI BUSINESS MODEL DIRECTORATE, BUSINESS DIRECTORATE, AND OTHER RELATED AREAS
