




**Responsibilities** * Verify that no cash is left exposed in service station offices. * Verify that the service station office door remains closed at all times. * Verify that the service station manager and/or assistant does not perform cash counting at the fuel pumps area during cash pickups. * Verify that service station staff wear their identification badges visibly. * Verify that service station staff wear their uniforms correctly and completely. * Verify that service station facilities are clean. * Verify that unauthorized persons are not present on service station premises. * Verify that service station staff do not use mobile phones or any other type of mobile device in the dispatch area. * Verify that service station staff do not consume food in the dispatch area. * Verify that service station staff do not smoke inside the facilities. * Verify that dispensers are not closed at service stations. * Verify that staff are performing traffic control (flagging) at the service station entrance area. * Verify that service station staff carry out cleaning tasks at the service station. * Verify that only the service station manager and/or assistant—not ETV (cash-in-transit company) custodians—retrieve containers from safes at service stations. * Report any incidents identified at service stations to the supervisor or respective department. * Complete the electronic incident log for the shift. **Specific Job Knowledge** * Knowledge of and ability to use information generated by telemetry systems and dashboard cameras. * Updating and monitoring compliance indicators. **Functional Competencies** * Capturing, organizing, and classifying information. * Reporting incidents to the appropriate person. * Security surveillance and monitoring. * Decision-making. * Proactive. **Technical Competencies** * Advanced Microsoft Office skills. * Knowledge of equipment monitoring tools. * Email management. * WhatsApp social media platform usage.
