




Position Summary: Provide administrative and operational support to the Human Resources department, assisting in recruitment, personnel administration, training, and employee support. Position Objective Provide administrative and operational support to the Human Resources department by assisting in recruitment, personnel administration, training, and employee support, ensuring compliance with internal policies and current labor regulations. Functions and Responsibilities * Support **recruitment and selection** (posting job vacancies, reviewing resumes, coordinating interviews). * Compile and maintain up-to-date and confidential **personnel files**. * Support **payroll administration**, attendance records, leave tracking, and vacation control. * Collaborate in **employee onboarding and training** processes. * Address and route employee inquiries regarding administrative matters. * Prepare HR department reports and documentation. * Support **workplace climate initiatives and internal events**. * Comply with company policies, guidelines, and values. Required Profile * **Education:** Technical degree or bachelor's degree in Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related field (in progress or completed). * **Experience:** Minimum of 6 months to 1 year in recruitment and employee support. * **Knowledge:** * Recruitment and personnel selection * Personnel administration * Basic payroll management * Document filing and control * Microsoft Office suite Salary: $11,250.00 - $12,500.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
