We are seeking a Technical Sales Executive with strategic vision, a results-oriented mindset, and the ability to engage high-level industrial clients. **We offer the following:** **B**ase salary of $20,000 to $25,000, tax-free, paid weekly Commission structure ranging from 5% to 13%, with monthly commission amounts between $12,000 and $25,000 MXN; no caps apply Statutory benefits 100% social security contributions Work tools including mobile phone and laptop Company-provided utility vehicle for work-related duties Client management support (business cards, client gifts, or sales closing assistance) Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM **Candidate profile we seek:** * Engineering or technical degree (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field) * Experience managing CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho preferred) * Experience using the SAE ERP system * Valid driver’s license * Minimum 2 years of sales experience in electric motors, water pumps, automation systems, or related fields **Your mission:** * Actively prospect and expand your client portfolio in key sectors (e.g., metal-mechanical, tequila production, food industry, etc.) * Design customized technical solutions and prepare accurate, effective quotations * Report progress and manage clients via CRM **Work location:** Av.
