**E-commerce and Operations Manager \| YUMARKET** On-site \| Guadalajara City Center (San Juan de Dios Area) **About the Position** At YUMARKET, we are seeking a candidate with proven experience in e-commerce and commercial operations to join a growing project. We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and solution-oriented individual who can independently manage various business areas and actively contribute to the growth of the digital channel from its early stages. This position requires a candidate with prior experience who can quickly integrate into operations and manage key day-to-day processes. **Key Responsibilities** * Management and administration of marketplaces (Mercado Libre and other platforms) * Creation, updating, and optimization of product listings * Order tracking, logistics coordination, and shipment preparation * Customer service and follow-up via WhatsApp and digital channels * Support in social media operations and commercial content * Basic inventory organization and control * Operational coordination to ensure efficient sales and delivery flow * Identification of opportunities for improvement within digital operations **Requirements** * Proven experience in e-commerce, marketplaces, or digital sales * Prior experience managing Mercado Libre (mandatory) * Knowledge of order management, shipping, and customer service * Proficiency with digital tools and online sales platforms * Experience with WhatsApp Business, social media, and operational tools * Ability to work autonomously and solve problems * Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and sense of urgency * Proactive profile with a growth and execution mindset * Availability for on-site work in Guadalajara City Center We seek an executive, initiative-driven candidate with real experience who wishes to join a high-potential growth project and contribute from day one.
