EASY LOAN A leading pawnshop company with nationwide presence has an opening for CASHIER. MAIN FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Receive and inspect the item to assess its physical condition and verify that it operates at 100% functionality, enabling acceptance as collateral on an occasional basis. * Inform the branch manager of the item’s specifications, as well as any visible damages that do not prevent loan approval but must be recorded on the pawn ticket. * Package items for storage in the warehouse to protect them from dust damage. * Select and categorize items designated for sale, placing them in display areas (shelves, counter, and/or showcase). * Conduct sales of displayed items. * Communicate notices and promotions related to items available for sale. * Prepare and manage sales slips to ensure accurate weekly cash reconciliation. * Cross-check or verify data against the daily payment and sales report. * Maintain a daily log of warehouse withdrawals and sales. * Perform a physical inventory count at the end of each day and compare it against the pawn report; report discrepancies.
