




Summary: Assists with salary payroll calculation and processing, ensuring compliance, and supporting tax and social security activities for assigned LATAM entities. Highlights: 1. Engage in continuous improvement projects Responsible for assisting with the calculation and processing of salary payroll for assigned entities within the GBS LATAM scope, with all work subject to review by senior payroll staff. Duties include helping review employee data, supporting the tax payroll and social security teams in daily activities to ensure compliance with internal controls, Hershey’s policies, and applicable labor laws. The junior payroll analyst will also provide follow\-up on employee and HR inquiries, assist in the preparation of labor obligations, and help respond to payroll\-related questions and audit requirements. Communicate and align with relevant stakeholder the payroll / tax payment process based on the procedure established and applicable calendar * Ensure payroll / tax incidents are registered in a timely and correct manner * Prepare payroll / tax data cycle base on the Hersheys policies and labor law on time * Ensure internal controls, and attend internal and audit requirements Attend employee payroll / tax inquiries in a timely manner * Attend stakeholder payroll / tax inquiries in a timely manner ***KPI process and continuous improvement projects*** * Prepare internal KPI and other performance reports * Identify continuous improvement opportunities within the payroll process * Support on internal or external process improvement / changes Education: Administration, Accounting, Business, or equivalent degree Experience: 0\-2 years of experience The Hershey Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
