Development and updating of departmental metrics and KPIs Control of department budget and purchases by complying with internal policies What You’ll Do in This Role Support supervisors and the security director in creating and updating:* Process maps * Risk and vulnerability assessments * Procedures, work instructions, and operational guides Support the development, definition, and updating of area metrics and KPIs Investigate, capture, analyze, and present security statistics that may impact the production process, supply chain, or commercialization process. Measure the performance of the area's expense control through records, metrics, and monitoring of purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and related invoicing, while complying with internal policies. Support the generation of follow\-up reports on security incidents (investigations) Collaborate in developing a safety culture by delivering talks and training courses on self\-protection measures, preventive security, CTPAT, and OEA. Comply with security, EHS, product safety, and quality requirements. Fulfill assigned training and development plans Required Competencies:* Education: + Completed bachelor’s degree related to security * Experience: + Management systems + Physical security + Supply chain security + Budget control + Security intelligence + Process design * Skills / Capabilities + Self\-directed. + Communication: Fluent expression, writing, and syntax + Organization: Adherence to procedures and work systems + Discretion: Prudence and good judgment in not disclosing information that may be considered sensitive. + Problem analysis: Use of investigation, analysis, and problem\-solving tools for incidents or conflicts to identify root causes or solutions that prevent recurrence.
