Corporate and administrative City: JALISCO Publication Date: Nov 13, 2025 Working Hours: 9:00 to 18:00 Description: General Purpose Capture and record daily incidents for payroll processing, selection, training and human resources management within the District, by updating personnel movements, hiring procedures, employee onboarding and offboarding in the SAP system, in order to generate personnel incident reports, candidates for hiring and those in the selection process, aiming to constantly keep personnel information updated as generated in the Distri Main Functions * Attend external candidates applying for jobs by providing employment applications and conducting initial information reviews through preliminary interviews, in order to select candidates suitable for vacancies and continue with the selection process. * Prepare drafts of requested termination settlements by entering data and operating within the SAP system, considering requested percentages, to be sent to store managers for initiating the labor termination procedure. * Compile personnel files for new hires by gathering documentation and updating personal data generated from daily operations, ensuring accurate and timely information for each employee at the regional level whenever required by the company or labor and social security authorities. * Record personnel onboarding, offboarding and changes occurring within the District, maintaining control and communication with regional offices and registering these through the SAP system, to carry out labor termination procedures and submit corresponding notifications to IMSS. * Manage hiring processes for new employees by controlling and requesting necessary documentation for contract signing and personnel file creation, proceeding with their hiring and payroll registration. * Support payroll and corporate human resources departments in locating and centralizing documents requested by government agencies such as IMSS, INFONAVIT and FONACOT, by searching for clarifying documents to inform and resolve requirements.
