**Position:** Mechanical Sheet Metal Designer (SolidWorks) **Job Description:** We are looking for a professional in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Design or related field, passionate about the design and development of large-scale metal components and structures. You will be responsible for creating and optimizing 3D models in SolidWorks, producing manufacturing drawings, collaborating with engineering, production and quality teams, and proposing improvements to optimize costs and production times. **Responsibilities:** * Design and model parts and assemblies in 3D using SolidWorks. * Create manufacturing drawings with dimensions, tolerances, and technical specifications according to international standards (ASME/ISO). * Document large-scale metal components and structures. * Participate in manufacturing processes to ensure production feasibility. * Support in the design of equipment and systems related to industrial refrigeration (desirable). * Maintain updated databases of models, drawings, and bills of materials (BOM). * Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality departments to validate designs. * Propose design improvements to optimize costs, manufacturability, and production times. **Requirements:** * Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Design or related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in design with SolidWorks, specialized in sheet metal. * Knowledge of SolidWorks (Sheet Metal module), mechanical drawing, geometric tolerancing (GD\&T), and technical documentation. * Experience in sheet metal manufacturing (bending, laser cutting, welding) is desirable. * Plus: experience in designing industrial refrigeration equipment and large-scale metal structures. * Intermediate proficiency in office tools (Excel, Word). **Competencies and Skills:** * Ability to analyze and solve technical problems. * High level of precision and attention to detail. * Multidisciplinary teamwork. * Organization, autonomy, and commitment to delivery deadlines. * Creativity in proposing innovative solutions. **We Offer:** * Opportunities for professional growth. * Collaborative work environment. * Challenging projects in engineering and manufacturing.
