Your main responsibilities: * **Counter Operations:** Consistent attention and food service at the store counter, ensuring speed and quality. * **Kitchen Support:** Collaborate closely with supervising Chefs in dish preparation, ingredient preparation (mise en place), and plating. * **In-Store Customer Service:** Assist with general convenience store needs and provide direct customer support. * **Organization and Cleanliness:** Maintain hygiene standards in the work area and manage inventory control. WE REQUIRE * Individuals with technical training in gastronomy or tourism, or verifiable experience in operational kitchen/bar roles (minimum 6 months to 1 year). * Someone capable of following instructions from management (will report to Store Management and collaborate with Chefs). * A service-oriented attitude and punctuality.
