




Job Summary: This role involves monitoring and documenting trips, as well as maintaining constant communication with operators and customers to ensure operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: 1. Monitoring and documentation of operators’ and customers’ trips. 2. Management of telephone communications and messages with customers and operators. 3. Recording and tracking the sequence of trips carried out. Daily Activities: 1\. Documents operators’ trips. 2\. Sends messages via Serious and verifies new messages; informs the customer in case of any issue. 3\. Monitors unit status via the Serious system (twice daily). 4\. Receives trip documents from operators and releases trips in the SILT system. 5\. Records the sequence of trips carried out. 6\. Documents customers’ trips. 7\. Enters shipment tracking information into the customer’s proprietary Distribution system. 8\. Receives and handles telephone calls from Customers and Operators. 9\. Receives and replies to internal ICQ messages and satellite-based messages from operators. 10\. Receives and answers telephone calls.
