CCNA and VCP certifications are valued **Position: Technical Support/Network Engineer** We are looking for a **Technical Support/Network Engineer** with experience in technical support and infrastructure to join our team. **Technical Requirements: Degree in Computer Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related field** * Installation, configuration, and technical support for Windows operating systems and basic knowledge of Linux * Installation and technical support for computer hardware failures * Basic knowledge of networks, IP addressing, network ports, PoE, and physical layer (media) diagnostics support * Assembly of patch cords according to standard codes * Familiarity with IP biometric devices and basic connectivity technical support * Technical support for basic operation of video doorphones and IP telephony * Ability to understand technical documentation in English * Experience in web content filtering * Experience in installation and configuration of wireless access points * Data networking certification, at least CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) * VCP certification (VMware Certified Professional) * Experience with Veeam (backup software) Work Location: On-site employment
