Requirements: Completed engineering degree (Master’s preferred). 5 to 7 years of verifiable experience leading manufacturing operations in the electronics industry. Mandatory experience in PCBAs and electronic assembly processes. Advanced English (mandatory). Knowledge of safety, quality, and production process standards in electronic environments. Key Responsibilities: Define, implement, and improve personnel training and control processes for operational staff. Plan and coordinate departmental human, technical, and material resources, ensuring operational continuity. Ensure compliance with personal and operational safety measures. Develop proactive leadership focused on results, quality, and teamwork. Inspect and validate PCBA repairs, guaranteeing functionality, reliability, and quality standards. Establish and maintain a Management System, documenting findings, corrective actions, lessons learned, and commitment dates. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, operational efficiency, and product quality.
