Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive Industrial Technician to ensure optimal operation of workstations, design and fabricate equipment, and participate in continuous process improvement. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure optimal operation of workstations and industrial equipment. 2. Design and fabrication of workstations, racks, carts, and signage. 3. Actively participate in continuous process and workflow improvement. We seek a committed and proactive Industrial Technician responsible for ensuring optimal operation of workstations on production lines. This role is critical in the design, fabrication, and maintenance of workstations, racks, and carts, as well as participation in continuous improvement of processes, production flows, and visual factory initiatives. Responsibilities · Ensure proper condition and operation of workstations, equipment, and tools. Design and fabricate workstations, racks, carts, and signage for production lines. Conduct time studies to validate installed capacity and operational efficiency. Continuously maintain and improve production flows. Ensure compliance with quality standards, EHS, asset security, social responsibility, labor ethics, and NOM-035. Maintain up-to-date inventory of materials and spare parts to avoid downtime. Supervise contractor activities, ensuring adherence to safety policies. Actively participate in 5S, ergonomics, and emergency response programs. Support periodic and annual inventory activities. Provide support for continuous improvement projects and implementation of new processes. Prepare shift logs and ensure accurate communication between shifts. Ensure workstations, equipment, and personnel conform to the established layout. Support inter-plant material shipments and receiving. Requirements · Education: Completed high school or currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree. Basic English proficiency. Knowledge of manufacturing, industrial maintenance, and continuous improvement. Proficiency in using industrial tools and equipment. Desirable experience in time studies and layout design.
