Cross-departmental collaboration to resolve issues Job Description and Detailed Responsibilities * Routine setup and maintenance of SMT machines. * Preparation of *pick & place* programs for SMT production. * Configuration of reflow profiles for products. * Preparation of inspection programs for laser, printer, SPI, and AOI (3D). * Development of Working Instructions (WI) for the SMT production line. * On-site support for SMT production, taking actions to improve product quality and machine efficiency. * Training of operators on machine operation. * Definition of product process flow and preparation of stencils and fixtures. * Collaboration with other departments such as PMC, QA, PE, and assembly line to resolve production issues.
