The role will primarily involve chat-based support (Intercom), managing multiple simultaneous conversations, as well as providing phone support. **WHAT YOU’LL DO:** * Assist customers via chat and phone, clarifying doubts and resolving issues; * Provide guidance on platform usage and best practices; * Escalate requests to responsible teams when necessary; * Collaborate with other support teams to ensure full case resolution; * Contribute to continuous service improvement by recording relevant information and suggesting enhancements; * Ensure every interaction delivers a positive customer experience. **WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:** * Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to grammar rules; * Empathy and customer focus, understanding their needs; * Ability to analyze information, identify solutions, and make quick decisions; * Organizational skills to manage multiple interactions simultaneously; * Intermediate knowledge of office and communication tools such as CRM, WhatsApp Business, Intercom, and TeamViewer (desirable). **WHAT WILL BE A PLUS:** * Prior experience in customer service or related areas; * Knowledge of the fitness industry; * Intermediate Spanish and English.
