Execute route reconciliations for TR2 and TR1\. Verify that all routes leaving/arriving at the COP report the same quantity of items entering/exiting, whether collected, delivered, or both, and ensure the Operator signs acceptance for any discrepancies. To prevent item theft.2\. Obtain information on items with discrepancies in TR1 and TR2 reconciliations\. Identify each waybill with an incident, question the operator, and require immediate delivery of the missing item. To ensure all items continue their flow within the Estafeta network and maintain traceability.3\. Record all items remaining on the platform. Register, locate, and manage all pending shipments awaiting departure to route on the platform. To physically identify items on the platform and ensure all items have a pending status recorded.4\. Analyze fuel efficiency for TR2 routes\. Conduct daily audits for fuel loading control (high and low efficiency). Provide information to the supervisor to prevent fuel misuse and theft.5\. Report reconciliation results for TR1, TR2 and fuel efficiency audits to the Supervisor\. Document and send the daily report upon completion of reconciliations and fuel efficiency audits. So the supervisor can take corrective and/or preventive actions with operators/routes experiencing incidents to prevent recurrence.Decision MakingStop the TR2 Operator / Route Assistant at the COP if a reconciliation discrepancy is found.Require immediate delivery of the missing item, as well as the Operator's signature acknowledging the reconciliation discrepancy.Identify TR2 routes requiring fuel efficiency audits based on analysis.Manage location of pending items on the platform.Monitor sanctions related to TR1 and TR2 reconciliation incidents.Internal Relationships1\.
