




We are looking for recently graduated personnel from a technical or bachelor's/chemical engineering program for a quality assistant position. * Laboratory technician / Food technician / Chemical Engineer / QFB or related, with title or license. * Proficient in Microsoft Office suite. * Strong Excel skills are essential. * Minimum of 6 months verifiable experience. Main Responsibilities: * Conduct production inspection (weighing of raw materials, manufacturing, packaging, conditioning). * Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices and Good Hygiene Practices. * Perform AQL verification and ANSI tables. * Carry out attribute inspections and release packaging, container, and raw material supplies. * Execute sample collection for museum samples and stability testing. * Take samples for physicochemical and microbiological analysis. * Inspect packaging and sealing processes. * Review documentation of the Master Manufacturing File (raw material intake, manufacturing, packaging, conditioning) for archiving and safekeeping. * Proficient in Excel. * Maintain logbook records and paperwork according to Good Manufacturing Practices, warehouse control (sampling of warehouse inputs in raw materials storage, recording outgoing finished product inventory). * Comply with process monitoring program using an Excel-based system (system is already created; only required data entry into Excel sheet). * Maintain records in logbooks.
