Position Summary: Nomain Services is seeking an IT Analyst to ensure the proper functioning of the technological infrastructure through systems administration and internal technical support. Management of technology inventory and licenses Nomain Services, a marketing consultancy, is seeking: IT Analyst **Location:** Roma Norte, CDMX **Work Mode:** On-site **Salary:** $15,000 gross monthly **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. **Benefits:** As mandated by law Position Objective Ensure the proper functioning of the company’s technological infrastructure through systems administration, equipment control, and internal technical support. Main Responsibilities * Keep software updated on all devices. * Verify, administer, and track active licenses. * Manage computer equipment inventory. * Organization and administration of SharePoint. * Audit and control of memory modules and storage devices. * Installation and configuration of software for new hires. * Implementation and maintenance of internal network. * Technical support in Windows and Mac environments. * Navision operation. Requirements * Prior experience in IT support or administration. * Knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems. * Experience in managing technology inventory. * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and process orientation.
