**WAREHOUSE TEAM LEADER**

Supervise the safe receipt, storage, retrieval, and timely shipment of goods, maintaining accurate perpetual inventory levels
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:**

* Organize the receipt, storage, and delivery of raw materials.
* Supervise warehouse personnel work and activities.
* Verify that raw materials are stored safely.
* Maintain trained personnel.
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
* Manage personnel time and attendance.
* Meet and satisfy specific customer requirements.
* Create procedures for warehouse activities.
* Maintain metrics, reports, process documentation, training records, or safety records.
* Resolve inventory accuracy-related issues.
* Coordinate plans and execution of physical inventory.
* Develop plans or set goals to improve storage operations.
* Assist in developing and implementing risk management programs to ensure continuity of warehouse operations in emergency scenarios.
* Collaborate in activities promoting the organization's Continuous Improvement strategy.
* Interview, select, and train warehouse personnel for new employees.
* Conduct audits of warehouse processes and area maintenance.
* Organize areas for maximum capacity utilization and maintain high inventory accuracy levels.
* Develop and maintain updated warehouse instructions.
* Maintain constant communication with departments involved in the processes.
* Participate in the development of job risk analyses and identification of environmental aspects.
* Participate in and comply with requirements of the IATF 16949 quality management system and ISO 14001/ISO 45001 environmental and occupational health and safety management systems relevant to the position. Prepare evidence of compliance and support audits.
* Responsible for understanding and complying with specific customer requirements with Zero Defects as the goal.
* Prepare weekly interplant unit scheduling for receipt and shipment.
* Review raw material transit between sister plants.
**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:**

* Bachelor's degree and/or Engineering
* Experience in warehouse areas.
* Knowledge of procedures related to IATF 16949, ISO 14001 \& ISO 45001\.
* English proficiency level 50%
**PREFERRED ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:**
--------------------------------------
* SAP experience preferred.
* Shipping and Receiving experience.
* Logistics\-carrier handling.
* Forklift operation
