A leading group in the healthcare services and care sector, located in **Celaya, Guanajuato**, is seeking a Hospital Unit General Director with proven experience in hospital administration and operations. General Objective: Lead and direct the operations of one of the hospitals within the MAC Hospital Group, ensuring effective implementation of corporate strategies to achieve established goals and objectives. Oversee clinical quality and patient safety, negotiating with physicians, insurers, and third-party payers to optimize collaboration and financial outcomes. Promote strategic initiatives that drive revenue growth and cost-efficiency. Foster a collaborative work environment and develop staff to sustain a culture of excellence. Ensure customer service quality serves as a key differentiator and translates into a competitive advantage for the hospital. Key Responsibilities: * Administrative Management and Control: Supervise all administrative hospital operations. Ensure compliance with municipal, state, and federal health regulations. Implement and supervise audit processes, manage audit findings, and ensure proper use of systems for warehouse and billing controls. * Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute corporate strategies in collaboration with Medical Affairs, Nursing, Quality, Admissions, Finance, Human Capital, Commercial, and all business areas. Establish short-, medium-, and long-term objectives and present results to committees for evaluation. Promote strategic projects to increase revenue and reduce costs, ensuring initiatives deliver a return on investment. * Clinical Quality and Patient Safety: Ensure maintenance of clinical quality and patient safety standards. Participate in quality committees and review clinical records to ensure accurate completion. * External Relations: Manage negotiations with physicians, insurers, and third-party payers. Foster public relations with strategic clients, increasing client base and attracting new physicians to the hospital. * Financial Management: Administer and control the annual budget for revenues, costs, and expenses. Maintain accounts receivable within target levels and proactively manage uncollectible accounts. Staff Development and Organizational Culture: Foster a positive and collaborative work environment. Develop and train staff by implementing training plans and reducing staff turnover. Manage organizational climate to maintain metrics within group targets. * Operations and Maintenance: Focus on patient experience by visiting rooms and managing feedback and complaints. Ensure proper functioning and maintenance of hospital equipment and facilities. Comply with the maintenance plan for auxiliary equipment, facilities, and biomedical equipment. * Commercial Activities: Fulfill commercial contracts, ensuring no cancellations by third parties. Participate in tenders while maintaining documentation and controlling costs. Conduct recurring interviews with current and prospective physicians to foster their affiliation with the hospital.
