Excellent work environment 2. Growth opportunities 3. Focus on information validation and attention to detail **VALIDATION ANALYST** Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:30 Juriquilla, Querétaro. JOB OBJECTIVE Ensure timely validation and verification of documentary, employment, and personal information of evaluated candidates through follow-up, investigation, and data corroboration processes, contributing to the reliability of selection processes and compliance with requirements established by each client. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Follow up with candidates via phone calls, messages, and/or email; request and support evaluated candidates in obtaining valid and accurate documents as required by each company, e.g., contribution weeks, CSF, NSS, academic certification. * Validate and verify personal documents, e.g., INE (Mexican voter ID), birth certificate, CURP, NSS, contribution weeks, academic certificates. * Validate and verify employment history; locate companies referenced by candidates to directly request employment information from HR or company administration (position held, period of employment, reason for leaving). * Validate and verify personal references; confirm information shared by the candidate. REQUIREMENTS: * Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Criminology, Business Administration, or related field (RECENT GRADUATES) * Experience: 6 months to 1 year of experience in customer service or similar roles * Knowledge or skills: Customer service orientation, attention to detail, proactivity, analytical ability.
