The position requires basic knowledge, education, and experience related to: \+ Knowledge of different pathologies and how to intervene as a nurse \+ Head-to-toe assessment of all organs and systems in our patients \+ Asepsis techniques, infection control, and high hygiene standards \+ Measurement of vital signs: pulse, blood pressure, weight, height, oxygenation, etc. \+ Laboratory sample collection and specimen gathering \+ Knowledge of main laboratory tests and imaging studies \+ Medication administration and knowledge of safety, risks, indications, and application \+ Patient therapy and mobility, particularly fall prevention \+ Knowledge of tubes, lines, and catheters \+ Wound care and dressings \+ Compassion and kindness These positions involve daily responsibilities and support across our various services focused on prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of kidney diseases, including: Hemodialysis Peritoneal Dialysis Laboratory Nephrology Consultation Vascular Procedures The nurse will work as part of a team, embodying our mottos "we treat better," "quality of life," and "happy patient, happy everyone," among others.
