Combining a deep systems knowledge to develop unique vehicle access experiences, intelligent visions systems and advanced automotive lighting technologies, MML's expertise light the path to innovation, safety and styling.**Job Responsibilities:** ➢ Develop the comprehensive training course matrix for each position in the organization Collaborate with product quality by creating, improving, implementing, and monitoring training and development plans in accordance with customer, legal, internal, STPS, Safety, Corporate, IATF, and ISO 14001 requirements. Monitor personnel requirements requested by the company, adhering strictly to company policies. Responsibilities: * Experience in operator school training and development. * Design and maintain the comprehensive course matrix by position. * Coordinate corporate and position-specific onboarding, ensuring quality and proper documentation of evidence. * Lead role classification change processes and annual job description updates. * Identify training needs and develop the annual training plan. * Manage operational trainings using the TWI methodology and measure their effectiveness. * Ensure compliance with corporate, legal, and safety requirements in the training area. * Maintain monthly updated KPIs and dashboards. * Administer departmental audits (STPS, IATF, ISO, C\-TPAT, etc.) and documentation in Workday. * Control employee files, evidence, and skill matrices (ILUO). * Coordinate the Dojo area and departmental events. * Manage vendors and STPS-related procedures (DC1\-DC5\). Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Accounting, or related field. * Intermediate English proficiency. Experience: * 4 years in Training. * 4 years in Human Resources. * 3 years in auditing. * Knowledge of legal aspects related to training. * Training plans and programs. * Familiarity with STPS regulations, Federal Labor Law (LFT), OHSAS, IATF 16949. * C\-TPAT. * ISO 14001 Internal Auditor. * IATF Internal Auditor. * Audit management experience.
