A prominent landscaping company is seeking a PURCHASER to join our team. REQUIREMENTS: * Minimum education: Technical degree in administrative fields or related disciplines. * Prior experience in Purchasing. * Strong negotiation skills. * Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.). RESPONSIBILITIES: * Purchase of hydraulic, sanitary, and hardware materials. * Organization and attention to detail. * Receiving and tracking material/service/supply requests. * Excel management. * Logistics. * Monitoring transportation logistics and material delivery to construction sites. * Preparing and tracking purchase orders. * Tracking orders until delivery at construction sites. * Comparing prices, payment terms, and delivery times. * Supplier development. * Price negotiation. * Managing logistics documentation: invoices, etc. * Administrative management. * Preparing reports. * Maintaining constant communication with site supervisors and project managers. * Verifying supplier invoice submissions. * Managing vehicle inspection and service records.
