Job Summary: Provide support to the maintenance department by applying specialized techniques to campus utilities and facilities, and participating in machinery inspection, installation, and relocation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Essential support in maintaining campus utilities and facilities. 2. Participation in machinery and area installation and relocation. 3. Maintenance of central equipment such as substations and compressors. **Summary** Provide necessary support to the maintenance department by applying specialized maintenance techniques to campus utilities and facilities. Play an essential role in machinery and area (exteriors, lighting, and parking) inspection, installation, and relocation, as well as in sustaining central equipment including substations, compressors, cooling towers, and wastewater treatment plants. **Responsibilities** * Ensure execution of preventive maintenance for campus utilities and facilities equipment and installations. * Manage energy indicators at industry-competitive levels. * Coordinate and execute installation of new equipment. * Coordinate and execute relocation and re\-installation of existing equipment. * Ensure inventory standard deviation remains within target. * Prepare annual Facilities department budget. * Participate in Growth and Productivity project development. * Obtain quotations and track purchase orders for spare parts, services, and tools required for proper maintenance execution. **Education / Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Electromechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or Maintenance Engineering. * Experience with high-power electrical systems. * Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, and industrial mechanics. * Maintenance management expertise; familiarity with IATF 16949 and ISO 14001\. * Minimum 5 years’ prior experience maintaining medium- and high-voltage substations. * Experience in civil and mechanical construction work. * Advanced English proficiency is mandatory. **What We Offer** In addition to future prospects within our growing global family-owned enterprise, Mubea offers continuous professional development opportunities, actively supporting your ideas and career goals.
