Opportunity in international logistics and trade. req30540 Industrial Division We are seeking an: Executive Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and assign various traffic and positioning specialists to ensure the movement of customers’ cargo within or outside the country via any mode of transport, complying with national and international trade and transportation regulations, delivering the required service to customers on time and as specified, thereby generating customer satisfaction and loyalty. Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree / Industrial Engineering, Administration, Commerce, or related field (degree certificate and professional license mandatory). Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service and follow-up, commercial area, sales, KPI control and management. Knowledge: Customer complaint and incident resolution regarding services rendered; handling and follow-up of shipment and consignment requests (documentation, delivery timelines, invoicing, payments, and after-sales); import/export; commerce; negotiation and international relations; budget management; performance indicators; strategic planning; customer service; advanced Office/G Suite package proficiency (spreadsheets, documents, presentations); and intermediate English (preferred).
