




FUNCTIONS Answer and handle phone calls, manage schedules, control access of people to the facilities; open and close facilities; provide attention, assistance, and guidance to individuals entering the institution's premises; take messages and report to the appropriate person; maintain; draft official letters, correspondence, and other documents, file information, support logistics for training events and classes; distribute flyers; attend promotional fairs, enter data into the computer; prepare information, answer calls from interested parties when required; request personal details from interested individuals; follow up with interested parties via phone and internet until enrollment is confirmed; conduct facility tours upon request; enroll interested individuals, provide friendly service, perform administrative tasks, assist other departments with administrative duties, and any other responsibilities related to the position. REQUIREMENTS: \- Associate degree in administrative field (preferable). \- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable experience in similar positions. \- Availability to work Monday through Saturday during the following hours: Monday to Saturday from 08:00 to 16:00 (mandatory and non-negotiable). \- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office. \- Good spelling. \- Responsibility. \- Punctuality. \- Discretion. \- Organizational skills. \- Customer service orientation. \- Commitment. \- Desire for growth and development within the company. \- Interest in actively participating in provided trainings. \- Proactivity. \- Ability to work in a team. \- Dynamism. \- Ethics.
