Join Medina Consultores as a Payroll Specialist At Medina Consultores, we are looking for a Payroll Specialist passionate about accuracy, regulatory compliance, and efficient payroll management. You will be part of the Finance Department, reporting directly to the Finance Coordinator, with the mission of ensuring flawless processes that support our commitment to excellence and client trust. Your Impact in This Role Process and monitor payroll accurately. Record incidents: absences, vacations, leaves of absence, Fonacot loans, and Infonavit loans. Perform employee onboarding, offboarding, and salary adjustments in systems such as IDSE, SUA, and NOI. Ensure compliance with tax and labor obligations (ISR, IMSS, PTU, risk premium). Stamp and issue payroll receipts, certificates, and reports. Prepare strategic payroll, tax, and benefits reports. Collaborate with REPSE clients and coordinate IMSS audits. Ideal Profile Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting or Business Administration. Minimum 1 year of payroll experience. Age: 25–45 years. Intermediate Excel skills; knowledge of SUA, IDSE, and tax/labor regulations. Key skills: attention to detail, organization, time management, and results orientation.
