Job Mission Your primary objective will be to supervise venue operations, ensuring room security, providing customer support, and guaranteeing the proper functioning of entertainment equipment. Main Responsibilities Supervision: Ensure compliance with regulations and internal salon policies. Detection: Identify technical incidents in machines and salon systems. Reporting: Record and communicate anomalies according to established protocols. Technical Support: Assist with basic maintenance tasks and coordinate with the technical team. Security: Collaborate to maintain a responsible and safe gaming environment at all times. Requirements Experience: Prior experience in the security field. Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Availability: Willingness to rotate shifts and work weekends. Key Skills: * Numerical aptitude and conflict resolution skills.
