Job Summary: We are seeking a Bilingual Bartender with an extroverted and hospitable personality to create AAA experiences, mastering diverse mixology techniques and possessing in-depth knowledge of spirits. Extroverted, hospitable personality and experience working with foreign communities **Bilingual Bartender whose primary objective is to create AAA experiences.** ***REQUIREMENTS:*** \-Gender: Unrestricted. \-Bilingual (interview conducted in English). \-Availability to rotate shifts (schedule rotates Monday through Sunday). \-Excellent personal appearance. \-Proficiency in techniques: Shake, Hard shake, Stir, Throwing, Working flair. \-Solid knowledge of spirits, wines, and appellations of origin; additionally, inventory management, classic cocktails, cocktail families, clarifications, fat washing, infusions, syrups. \-Residency in San Miguel de Allende or willingness to relocate. \-Extroverted and hospitable personality. \-Experience working with foreign communities. \-Punctuality and adherence to procedures. ***WE OFFER:*** \-Weekly salary. \-Weekly tips. \-Social security and INFONAVIT benefits. \-Year-end bonus, vacation days, and vacation premium. \-Daily meals.
