This includes heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration equipment, and associated equipment such as MiniSplit, Chillers, centrifugal pumps, substations, among others. * Perform continuous maintenance on building HVAC equipment to ensure proper operation and compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, and workplace safety standards. * Use appropriate PPE for assigned tasks. * Knowledge and experience in mechanical, thermal, hydraulic, and pneumatic operation of systems and equipment. * Familiarity with air conditioning automation systems (BMS). * Other duties may be assigned. **What you need:** * Technical degree in refrigeration, air conditioning, or related field. * At least 3 years of experience in maintenance and support of cooling and heating equipment. * Meet the physical requirements of this role, including bending, standing, walking, climbing stairs, and the ability to lift or carry heavy loads. * Competencies: Organized, punctual, disciplined, customer-oriented, proactive.
