You will be responsible for ensuring customer service, managing staff, and coordinating reservations and events. You will also ensure compliance with food quality and safety standards. This is a full-time, on-site position located in the Metropolitan Area of Querétaro. **Requirements** Bachelor's degree or Technical Diploma in Gastronomy * Skills in team management and operational coordination to ensure efficient restaurant workflow. * Ability to handle reservations, organize events, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. * Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards required in the gastronomy industry. * Familiarity with food and beverage cost control * Additional skills such as problem-solving ability, strong communication, and prior restaurant management experience are desirable.
