




**Job Mission:** Coordinate equipment repair activities, ensuring they are performed correctly and efficiently to achieve customer satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities:** * Receiving equipment for repair at the workshop. * Equipment control within the workshop. * Tracking diagnostics, spare parts orders, and repairs. * Coordinating activities to handle unscheduled work. * Safety and hygiene evaluation. * Waste handling control. * Defining delivery dates for units to customers and advisors. * Receiving, reviewing, verifying, and delivering work orders. * Generating status reports for units and identifying assigned personnel. **Minimum Educational Requirement:** University-level Technical Degree in Automotive Mechanics, Industrial Maintenance, or Mechanical Engineering. **Required Technical Knowledge:** * Interpretation and reading of service manuals. * Management of human resources, materials, and tools. * Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. * Use of ERP service system modules. * Products and services we market: light machinery and lifting equipment.
