Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible and punctual CNC Lathe Operator to analyze and interpret programs, operate and supervise the lathe, and ensure the quality of finished products. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operate CNC lathe controls and ensure proper functionality 2. Supervise the CNC lathe and make adjustments for optimal results 3. Maintain tools, materials, and machinery in optimal condition **CNC LATHE OPERATOR** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience operating machines and tools. * Responsible, punctual * Ability to commute independently; company does not provide transportation **SCHEDULES** Shifts rotate every 15 days * 1st shift schedule: 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday * 2nd shift schedule: 4:30 PM to 1:30 AM, Monday through Friday **WORK LOCATION:** Queretaro Park, Av. Peñuelas, Qro. **KNOWLEDGE:** * Operation of machines and tools * Lathe operation * Interpretation of 2D drawings * Knowledge of cutting tools * Familiarity with CNC programming language * Understanding of cutting conditions (feed rates and RPM) * Use of measuring instruments **TASKS TO PERFORM:** * Analyze and interpret CNC lathe programs to ensure correct functionality. * Operate CNC lathe controls in manual, semi-automatic, and automatic modes. * Prepare and load raw materials and components into machines. * Supervise the CNC lathe during operation and make necessary adjustments to achieve optimal results. * Inspect and measure finished products and compare them against specifications to determine whether the process has been completed correctly. * Ensure and maintain operational conditions within established tolerances. * Verify that part dimensions comply with requirements using measuring tools. * Maintain tools, materials, and assigned machinery in optimal condition. * Complete required routing sheets to track the product manufacturing process.
