If you are organized, proactive, and passionate about Logistics, this opportunity is for you. **Required Knowledge:** · Supply chain management, material flow from procurement to final delivery. · Optimization of transportation routes and costs. · Warehouse design and management. · Analysis of profitability and operational efficiency. **REQUIREMENTS:** \-Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. \-Minimum 1 year of experience. \-Proficiency in English. \-Proactive and organized, with effective communication skills. **NECESSARY SKILLS:** \-Leadership and team management. \-Negotiation ability. \-Problem-solving. \-Effective communication. \-Multitasking abilities. \-Adaptability and decision-making. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** · Quote rental rates for machinery and equipment used in operations and projects. · Maintain an inventory of equipment, tools, and machines. · Verify compliance with checklists corresponding to equipment, tools, machinery, and devices. · Confirm that all supplies requested for a project are available in the warehouse prior to execution. · Monitor and manage expired or lost driver's licenses. · Develop and implement a training plan on safe operation for employees operating company vehicles and machinery. · Develop and implement a maintenance plan for vehicles, tools, equipment, and machinery. · Conduct physical inspections of SIE MIGJSA equipment and machinery upon completion of each project, and prepare a report to be delivered to all stakeholders. · Create and maintain an up-to-date equipment catalog with technical specifications. · Manage suppliers for project-required supplies (e.g., mobile offices, portable toilets, generators, trailers, forklifts, etc.). · Facilitate accommodation services for staff. · Ensure staff are properly accommodated with required services (water, electricity, internet, gas, furniture, etc.).
