Hotel Cleviá San Miguel de Allende is looking for a **LAUNDRY SUPERVISOR** and we believe you are the talent we are looking for in this position. **DESCRIPTION:** A Laundry Supervisor is responsible for managing the daily general operations of the laundry department so that guests and members enjoy an excellent experience, while ensuring quality controls and guest inquiries are carried out. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Responsible for managing the daily general operations of the laundry department to ensure guests and members enjoy an excellent experience. * Ensure quality controls are performed and handle customer service inquiries. * Specifically, will be responsible for performing the following tasks according to the highest standards: * Manage the daily general operations of the laundry department * Ensure quality controls are carried out for all laundry processes without exception * Maintain cleanliness of the laundry area * Train, develop and evaluate the laundry team * Ensure linens and supplies required for housekeeping services are properly organized and controlled according to company guidelines * Perform inventory as requested * Ensure equivalent stock levels are maintained * Receive goods and ensure they are safely stored * Handle customer service issues promptly and effectively * Supervise linen allocation through a request system * Ensure team members comply with all health and safety regulations * Perform any other reasonable task assigned by hotel management **OBJECTIVES:** To succeed in this role, you must maintain the attitude, behavior, skills, and values listed below: * Strong organizational and planning skills * Good communication skills * Ability to work under pressure **REQUIREMENTS:** * Previous experience in the hospitality or leisure industry * Previous supervisory experience Job type: Full-time Salary: Starting at $12,000.00 per month Benefits: * Employee discount * Gym discount * Dining service * Free uniforms Workplace: On-site
