




At **Namuh**, we are looking for an **IT Support Analyst** to support us in the operational continuity of our areas during a temporary coverage period. If you are passionate about technology, have a service-oriented attitude, and enjoy solving technical problems, we want to meet you! **Responsibilities** --------------------- * Provide technical support to internal users on computer equipment (Windows and macOS). * Basic administration and maintenance of servers and Active Directory. * Configuration and support of LAN/WAN networks, VPN, and Wi\-Fi. * Support for **Microsoft Office 365** suite. * Maintenance and configuration of video surveillance equipment (Hikvision). * Backup and basic data management. * Incident resolution, software installation, and peripherals setup. * Ensure basic cybersecurity in the workplace environment (FORTINET). **Requirements** -------------- * Technical degree or Bachelor's in Computer Science, Systems, Computer Engineering, or related field. * 1 to 3 years of experience in technical support or helpdesk. * Knowledge in: * Windows and macOS. * LAN/WAN networks, VPN, Wi\-Fi. * Basic server and Active Directory administration. * POP/Exchange email. * Diagnostic and monitoring tools. * Service orientation, problem-solving skills, and good communication. **We Offer** ------------- * Weekly pay * Statutory benefits from day one. * Monday to Friday schedule from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm
