Experience in recruitment of operational staff, hiring, personnel file management, incident tracking, pre-payroll authorization, employee support, workplace climate, implementation of the internal work regulations, employee separations and contract terminations, employee events, etc. Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or Industrial Relations. Minimum 5 years of experience in this position, with knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (LFT), payroll processing, Income Tax (ISPT), termination and conclusion of labor relationships, social media recruitment, etc. Results-oriented, ability to handle departmental KPIs and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
