Summary Provide specialized service to maintenance and production using advanced expertise; analyze and resolve root-cause, high-impact problems; fully understand machinery operation to improve and upgrade it, thereby ensuring business productivity. Identify and implement solutions for new customer and business requirements regarding technology and process automation. Responsibilities and Tasks * PLC programming and troubleshooting (Siemens), using Ladder logic, Function Blocks, and Structured Text. * PLC programming and troubleshooting (Beckhoff), using Structured Text. * Configuration and troubleshooting of communication protocols such as Ethernet, ProfiBUS, Serial, and Profinet. * Operation and programming of Yaskawa robots. * Diagnosis and troubleshooting of Bosch Rexroth servo motors. * Operation and programming of Siemens MOTION. * Operation and configuration of SICK safety systems. * High-level programming such as Python and Java. Education / Qualifications * Electronic, Electrical, Mechanical, and/or Mechatronic Engineering degree. * Experience programming Siemens systems (TIA Portal & Simatic Manager). * Knowledge of electronics, mechanics, and pneumatics. * PLC knowledge (Siemens, Beckhoff, SEW). * Experience in electronic maintenance and automation. * Intermediate English proficiency. * Programming languages (KOP, FUP, AWL, ST, and Ladder).
