A company dedicated to the manufacturing of polyethylene containers is seeking: **BLOW EXTRUSION PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR** ***General job description:*** Planning, organizing, supervising, and controlling production operations. Additionally, responsible for ensuring on-time delivery schedules and preparing production performance reports. Maintaining machines in operation as well as managing personnel. ***Key responsibilities:*** * Mold process changes and adjustments * Knowledge of machine parameter adjustment * Completion of logbooks and parameter records * Plant rounds across various machines * Personnel management ***Requirements:*** * Industrial Engineering or related field (preferred) * Experience as a production supervisor (knowledge of blow extrusion required). **Mandatory** * Knowledge of blow extrusion; ability to identify necessary tooling components (die tip, cutter, blow pins) required for each mold * Availability to work rotating shifts ***We offer:*** * $3,500 to $4,000 weekly net pay * Food vouchers * Statutory benefits ***Schedule:*** Weekly rotating shift Monday to Saturday, 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM Monday to Friday, 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM ***Location:*** Periférico Sur and Adolf Horn Job type: Full-time, indefinite-term contract Salary: $3,500.00 – $4,000.00 per week Application question(s): * Do you have experience managing personnel?
