**PURPOSE:** Recovering the region's delinquent portfolio by supervising that all collections staff at each store comply with the procedures and policies established by the company, as well as safeguarding the company's resources. **FUNCTIONS:** Monitor at-risk accounts receivable. Restructuring control. Ensure achievement of portfolio recovery targets. Supervise the application and delivery of awarded goods. Monitor activities of assigned personnel. Review store databases and assign work to collections managers. **REQUIREMENTS:** Bachelor's degree in economics, business administration, accounting, or law (with diploma). Experience in collections and portfolio recovery. Personnel management. Willingness to relocate. **TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE:** Retail collections (essential requirement). Objective-based management. Portfolio recovery. Negotiation and conflict resolution. Commercial laws. Contract management. Credit risk assessment for credit approvals.
