Job Summary: We are seeking a CNC Machine Operator with experience in programming and control operation to perform machining, measurement, and inspection of parts. Key Highlights: 1. Analysis and interpretation of CNC programs **CNC MACHINE OPERATOR** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience operating machines and tools. * Responsible, punctual * Willingness to commute independently; the company does not provide transportation. **WORK SCHEDULE:** **Shifts rotate every 15 days** First shift: 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday Second shift: 4:30 PM to 1:30 AM, Monday to Friday. **WORK LOCATION:** Queretaro Park, Av. Peñuelas, Qro **EXPERIENCE:** **Mandatory:** * **Hands-on machine programming and control operation.** * **Proficiency in HAAS machining centers.** * Machining of parts * Measurement of manufactured parts * Tooling of machinery * Assembly and adjustment of parts * Fanuc control system (FIDIA is a plus) **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Analyze and interpret CNC programs to ensure correct functionality. * Operate CNC controls in manual, semi-automatic, and automatic modes. * Prepare and load raw materials and components into machines. * Monitor machines during operation and make necessary adjustments to achieve optimal results. * Inspect and measure finished products and compare them against specifications to determine whether the process has been completed correctly. * Ensure and maintain operational conditions within established tolerances. * Verify that part dimensions comply with requirements using measuring tools. * Maintain tools, materials, and assigned machines in optimal condition. * Keep the work area clean and organized. Report any anomalies in parts or the production process.
